Welcome to our latest sale.

The philatelic market is as strong as ever, as collectors have expanded their collections and are fully realising the untold enjoyment philately can bring. We reflect on what we have really missed during this pandemic, visiting clients, picking up collections, meeting all our philatelic friends at exhibitions or fairs and meeting our fellow dealers. It’s brought home the sensation of appreciating everything this hobby brings to us all.

This month’s sale features the following highlights:

CHAMBA (Indian State) with difficult to obtain used material offered by Reign & sets

ICELAND with key sets of the 1920/30’s Inc Zeppelin overprints.

GREAT BRITAIN with QV surface printed in excellent condition including inverted watermarks, usages on cover, QEII including Wildings

WALES REGIONAL ISSUES with visually spectacular errors, machin errors Inc missing phosphors, cylinder blocks etc.

USA with 1893 Columbus high values & duck hunting stamps

And much more throughout the sale.

As the restrictions slowly become relaxed, we look forward to meeting you sometime in the near future. There is talk that Stafford in June could be the first larger show & let’s hope Stampex takes place this September.

Wishing you all the best & stay safe.

Simon Carson & the Philangles team.
