POSTAL HISTORY of Great Britain with a fine offering of early letters, ship mails & scarce postal markings.
RHODESIA – A most extensive stamp section with good early postage stamps, double heads including £1 mint. A fine selection of mint Admirals with values to £1 and later issues with varieties.
NEW ZEALAND – An exceptional lot of early health issues including 1931 Smiling Boys set as blocks of four unmounted mint, a proof block of this iconic issue & numerous varieties.
GREAT BRITAIN POSTAGE STAMPS with superb line engraved from Penny Blacks (30+ lots). A fine example of the rare 1840 VR Penny Black, handpicked Penny Reds superb used including plated examples, Edward VII high values & selected lower values unmounted mint.
