The philatelic marketplace is as strong as ever, particulary for interesting and unusual high value items. Collectors are buying all manner of items from premium wristwatchers to painting with stamps somewhere in the mix.
Property is overcooked in many areas not helped by Goverment taxes which are hampering sales as older people look to downsize and younger families look to upscale.
The uncertainty of Brexit is unsettling the UK and peoples spending patterns. This is a wonderful and strong country that will recover within the decade, we just need these polititians to be robust and decisive and to get on with the job in hand.
Collecting stamps is a superb and fullfulling hobby whether looking at tangible assets or for the sheer enjoyment of it.
